Alex Hall
Founder, Fractional HR Officer
Alex is a fractional HR executive and trusted advisor helping high-growth organizations scale their people strategy with precision and purpose.
As the founder of Valinor Talent Solutions, he partners with companies as a Fractional Head of HR to redesign talent practices, strengthen leadership, and build high-performing, values-driven teams.
With over 14 years of HR experience, Alex brings deep expertise in performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and succession strategy, along with specialized focus in AI policy, talent analytics, and DEI.
Before founding Valinor, Alex served as Vice President and Senior Director of Talent Acceleration at Liberty Mutual, leading global talent programs and teams of 30+ across HR, learning, and operations.
He holds an MBA from Northeastern University, a Master’s in Human Resources, and a graduate certificate in I/O Psychology. Alex also serves on the Advisory Board for Western Carolina University’s HR Graduate Program and as a Board Member for the Friday Night Supper Program in Boston.
Originally from North Carolina, Alex now lives in Boston with his husband, Adam. He’s an avid triathlete and sci-fi enthusiast.

Lauren Tajnai
People Strategy Advisor
Lauren Tajnai is a versatile HR leader with 7+ years of experience spanning global HR operations, learning & development, performance management, compensation, and talent strategy.
Most recently, she served as Head of Global Learning & Talent Operations at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she led a team delivering key programs across onboarding, e-learning, performance, tuition reimbursement, and HR support—enhancing the employee experience at scale. She also brings deep experience in vendor management, communications, and change management.
Lauren founded her own consulting firm, Rooted Talent Consulting, and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Management & Leadership and Marketing from Miami University (OH). Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, and traveling with her husband and two young kids.

Sydnei Davis
People Strategy Advisor
Sydnei Davis is a strategic HR leader with 8+ years of experience spanning business partnership, employee relations, organizational diagnostics, compliance, performance management, and change enablement.
Most recently, she served as Senior HR Business Partner at VELUX North America, supporting corporate functions across a globally matrixed environment - leading people reviews, team enablement, and employee relations.
Sydnei is the Founder of Elevare Consulting LLC, where she partners with organizations to elevate their people strategies, strengthen culture, and align talent initiatives with business goals.
She holds a master’s degree in human resources from Western Carolina University and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credential.
When she’s not partnering with clients, you’ll find Sydnei spending time with family and friends, mentoring emerging HR professionals, training in the gym, or on her yoga mat.
